“I had been here before and loved the accommodations so I made reservations to return. The only thing I wish to suggest is to clean carpet in rooms every 3 to 6 months”

“The room was nice, comfortable, and housekeeping came every day. The digital clock on the nightstand actually gave the correct time! That seems to be a rarity in hotels today. It was fairly quiet despite that fact that the hotel was fully booked that weekend. The breakfast was OK though basically the same thing every morning. My main complaint was the shower. I was on the 4th floor and it took several minutes for the warm water to reach my floor. It was never hot; I didn't have to adjust it. At...

“The toilet flush didn’t work properly, the room was worn out, gloomy and smelly and one the card keys didn’t work. Overall, a not so positive experience.”

“Parking felt very safe, but initially I did not know to do only valet. Please tell future guests ahead of time, the only choice is to valet. ”
